About Us
We are a community-focused, independently run space working across Nairobi, Harare and wherever the work needs to happen - including remote parts of Malawi where we set up a pop-up art school behind a bar because that's where the kids were.
Community first
The community the gallery sits in isn't an audience. It's a collaborator, a source and the reason the gallery exists. Everything starts there.
Art that travels
Some of the best art happens in places that don't have galleries. We go where the work is because the work deserves to be seen.
